Fusion

Fusion was an inspiring professional development and career guidance session organized by the IEEE Women in Engineering Student Branch Affinity Group of the Informatics Institute of Technology. The event was held on December 13, 2025, and took place in person at the IIT City Campus, specifically in the 7LA venue, starting at 10:00 AM. It was designed to help undergraduates transition smoothly from their academic studies into the professional technology sector by giving them firsthand exposure to industry expectations.

During the session, participants had the opportunity to learn from an IIT alumnus alongside expert resource persons from the global technology company WSO2. The speakers shared valuable career guidance and offered specialized insights into Site Reliability Engineering. This allowed the students to gain practical knowledge, build their professional mindset, and better prepare for their future journeys in the tech industry.
