Sync Up

The Induction marked the start of a meaningful journey for SyncUp, filled with reflections and conversations that opened minds from day one. The program began with an Induction Session that gave delegates a full picture of what SyncUp had in store, walking them through the keynotes, real-talk sessions, the 1:1 mentorship experience, the challenge component, and everything else planned for the journey ahead.

To make the session engaging, insightful, and relatable, the organizers arranged guest speeches delivered by senior undergraduates already active in the industry - Kamalika and Nabeelah Faumi. Drawing on their own experiences, the speakers offered delegates a grounded, firsthand perspective on what lay ahead, setting the tone for the sessions to come.

The Induction served as more than an orientation - it was the moment SyncUp's vision came into focus for its delegates, sparking early conversations and building the sense of anticipation that would carry through the rest of the program.
