Vertex'25

VERTEX'25 was a groundbreaking one-day robotics and automation event held on December 13th, bringing together passionate students eager to push boundaries and explore the future of technology. Designed to go beyond a typical tech event, VERTEX'25 created an engaging space where participants could build, learn, and connect with like-minded innovators in the field of robotics and automation.

The event was conducted by Lecturer Mr. Janith Prabhanuka, who led the session through insightful and interactive discussions on automation technologies. His session encouraged students to think critically, understand real-world applications, and actively engage with emerging technological trends, setting a strong intellectual foundation for the rest of the day.

VERTEX'25 featured interactive sessions and hands-on challenges that allowed participants to test their skills through robotics-based activities and real-world problem-solving scenarios. A key highlight of the event was the participation of SDGP featured teams, namely Novalith, Cultiveer, Raspberry, Vitisco, Remora, and Gappi AI. These teams actively shared their project journeys, the challenges they faced, and the solutions they developed throughout their SDGP experience. Their presentations and discussions provided valuable insights, inspired peer learning, and showcased innovative applications of robotics, AI, and automation in action.

Through this spirit of collaborative innovation, participants worked together, exchanged ideas, and fostered a strong sense of teamwork and creativity.
