Weave & Worth

Weave & Worth is an inspiring roundtable discussion organized by the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group of the Informatics Institute of Technology. The event is designed to help participants navigate the modern workplace, build confidence, and craft a strong personal brand that reflects their true value.

The session focuses on honest conversations, shared experiences, and valuable insights from women leading in the industry. To make the event highly interactive, the organizers introduced a dedicated Question Form, allowing attendees to submit their thoughts and questions in advance to directly shape the flow of the discussion.

The roundtable is hosted by Asma Cader, a Director of Marketing with extensive experience in leadership and personal branding. She guides the conversation to help students and young professionals understand how to create a meaningful impact and establish a professional presence before they even step into their careers.
